What you need

60ml Sunfire Spirits dark spiced rum

45ml fresh lime juice

Chilled ginger beer A lime wedge

Ice and your chosen Glass

Method

Step One

Combine the lime juice and rum and shake for 12 seconds.

Step Two

Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger beer.

Step Three

Finally, Garnish with a lime wedge.
