Bramble Cocktail
A classic cocktail that is the perfect match for our Blackberry Gin. Bursting with flavour from the Lemon and sweetness from the blackberries makes it the ideal sipping cocktail!
What you need
50ml Sunfire Spirits Blackberry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Fresh Blackberries to garnish
Crushed ice
Method
Step One
Add the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail mixer and shake.
Step Two
Add crushed ice into your chosen glass and pour in the shaken cocktail base.
Step Three
Add into your glass the Blackberry Gin slowly to watch the colours emerge! Finish with a garnish of blackberries.
